Rental deposit & Agrement
Chef Marian rentals are for 3 days. Rentals items not returned by the end of the rental period will result in the forfeit of your deposit.
Security Deposits
All rentals are subject to a security deposit for any damage, late returns, or no return of item(s). The Security deposit will be released after inspection of rental items. Items returned damaged or not retuned on time or at all are subject to fees for items. Security deposit will be enforced!
Special Order
Special customized items must be paid in full at time of order. These orders may not be changed within six weeks of your event or once the products have been received/ completed. Specialty names and cake toppers MUST be paid in full when the order is placed. Specialty cake toppers and names are yours to keep.
Cancellations
Please be aware that once the contract is signed, and your event date scheduled, all other clients have been refused your specific rentals and services for your event date, and thus all payments are non-refundable. All services may be cancelled if received in writing no later than 30 days prior to event.
Cutting Service
Let us give you some peace of mind! Our trained "cake cutters" will service your event at a time that they assigned. The "cake cutter" will cut your wedding cake for you, and either wrap it, bag it, box it, or serve for dessert.
Then after everyone is served our "cake cutters" will bring back the cake stands, separated and whatever rentals you ordered, you are not responsible for parts and pieces. We receive our items in excellent conditions, and you can have more time entertaining your guest instead of looking for cake parts at the end of the evening!
